Mr. Goldblum is a founding member of Goldblum Sablowsky, LLC.
Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Goldblum was an associate at Klett Rooney and a partner at Gefsky and Lehman.
Mr. Goldblum’s practice is concentrated in tax, business, estate and trust planning matters, as well as asset protection and succession planning matters. He regularly handles commercial, financial and real estate transactions of all varieties and sizes and acts as general counsel to many privately owned companies. Additionally, Mr. Goldblum is a Certified Medicaid Planner™.
Mr. Goldblum has successfully assisted business owners and professionals with all of their planning concerns and has successfully handled numerous sophisticated commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, business restructurings, formation and structuring matters, employment negotiations, healthcare related transactions, joint ventures and private securities offerings.
Mr. Goldblum received his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh, School of Law. Mr. Goldblum also received his M.B.A. from the University of Illinois and his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan. He is a member of the Corporation, Banking and Business Law and Taxation Sections of the Allegheny County Bar Association.
Mr. Goldblum is also active in religious, charitable and service organizations, including Temple Emanuel of the South Hills and SMC Business Councils where he served on its Board. Mr. Goldblum is currently on the Board of the Society of Financial Services Professionals. Mr. Goldblum is a frequent lecturer for financial and banking institutions and has made many guest appearances for radio programming regarding estate and financial planning matters.
