Charles H. Lehman is Of Counsel to the Firm.  Mr. Lehman has practiced law for over 40 years. He focuses his practice on business matters, including counseling small to mid-size companies throughout the business life cycle, from structure, finance, shareholder and employee matters, day-to-day operations, and strategic planning, to developing and implementing effective exit strategies for owners. He also represents clients in mergers, acquisitions, stock and asset sales, as well as commercial real estate leasing, finance, acquisitions, and sales.
